Nuzzla is provided to help parents and caregivers with baby monitoring and sleep routine support. It is not a medical device, safety device, or substitute for responsible adult supervision.

No Guarantee of Availability

The app may depend on device permissions, battery level, network availability, operating system behaviour, and other factors outside our control. You should not rely on it as your only method of monitoring a child.

Responsible Use

You agree to use Nuzzla lawfully and only for its intended purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that devices are positioned and used safely.

Intellectual Property

Nuzzla, including its design, branding, text, and software, is owned by its developer or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nuzzla is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from its use.
